Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions before using our services or website. By booking an appointment or receiving therapy at our clinic, at home, in a hospital, or online, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
Speech Rehab Clinic is a private rehabilitation practice in Islamabad, Pakistan. We plan to open in Rawalpindi soon.
We provide Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology services, and Hearing Aid solutions for children and adults.
We serve patients through clinic appointments, home sessions across the Twin Cities (Islamabad and Rawalpindi), hospitalized patient sessions where appropriate, and online video sessions across Pakistan.
2. Website use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems, or use our website to distribute harmful content.
We may block access to users who violate these terms.
3. Booking an appointment
Appointments must be booked in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website.
By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Your appointment is confirmed only after we send you a confirmation by phone or message.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Patient cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice before cancelling so we can offer your slot to another patient.
Repeated last minute cancellations without notice may require prepayment for future bookings.
Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours before your session. We will try to offer a new time that works for you.
Clinic cancellations: In rare cases we may cancel due to therapist unavailability or an emergency. We notify you as early as possible and offer the earliest available alternative slot.
5. Fees and payment
Fee structure: Fees vary by service type, session format (clinic, home, hospital, or online), and session length. We confirm fees before your first session.
Payment: Payment is due at or before the session unless a package or prepayment plan is agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
• Packages: Packages are non refundable once sessions have started, except in exceptional clinical or personal circumstances. Unused sessions may be transferred to a family member with our prior approval.
• Refunds: If we cancel a session and cannot reschedule to your satisfaction, we issue a full refund. Refunds for patient initiated cancellations follow the cancellation policy above.
6. Home and hospital visit terms
If you book a home or hospital visit, you agree to ensure a safe and accessible space for the therapist and to have a responsible adult present during the session.
Please notify us in advance of any medical equipment, infection control requirements, or safety considerations at the location.
We may end a visit if the environment poses a risk to the therapist or does not allow effective care to be delivered.
7. Online session terms
You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working device with a camera and microphone, and a private quiet space for the session.
Sessions disrupted by technical issues on your end may not be rescheduled at no cost unless the disruption is significant and reported immediately.
You may not record any online session without the therapist’s prior written consent.
Where hands on treatment is clinically important, we recommend in person visits for the best outcome.
8. Clinical disclaimer
Our services are delivered by qualified and experienced professionals. Therapy outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including the nature and severity of the condition, the patient’s consistency, and engagement with home practice.
We do not guarantee specific clinical outcomes.
Our advice does not replace a medical diagnosis from a licensed physician. Always consult a qualified doctor for any diagnosis, prescription, or medical emergency.
9. Consent for treatment
Booking a session means you consent to the clinical services requested. For pediatric patients, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time by informing your therapist. We will document your decision and discuss the implications with you.
10. Confidentiality

11. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, therapy materials, and resources, belongs to Speech Rehab Clinic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Therapy materials given to patients during sessions are for personal, non commercial use only.
12. Limitation of liability
Speech Rehab Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability in any case is limited to the fee paid for the specific session in question.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from noncompliance with therapy recommendations, missed sessions, or failure to disclose relevant medical information.
13. Complaints
We take complaints seriously and use them to improve our services.
If you are not satisfied with any part of your experience, contact us directly and we will address the matter fairly and promptly.
We acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days.
14. Changes to these terms
We update these Terms and Conditions when our practices or legal obligations change.
Updated terms appear on our website with a revised effective date. Continuing to use our services after any update means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
